劉欣，博士，講師。2016-2022年博士就讀于荷蘭烏特勒支大學，獲得應用數學博士學位，2023年-2024年獲得北京大學海外博士后人才引進項目，在北京大學數學科學學院從事博士后研究工作，2025年3月進入中國石油大學（北京）理學院參加工作至今。研究方向為數據同化，機器學習，最優控制算法以及復雜系統。目前已經發表學術論文數篇，主持和完成中國博士后科學基金站前資助項目。
