Notice on the Selection of Outstanding International Graduate Students of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2025
In order to further implement and implement the document spirit of the Administrative Measures for the Recruitment and Training of International Students issued by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China No. 42, the College of International Education of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), in accordance with the relevant Notice of the school's 2025 award, The selection of outstanding international graduate students of China University of Petroleum (Beijing) in 2025 will be carried out, and the details are notified as follows.
I. Application qualifications:
1. 2022、2023、2024 master students, 2021、2022、2023、2024 doctoral students;
2. The average score in the latest version of the valid transcript(Dated no earlier than September 1, 2025) submitted should be at least 80 points (GPA≥3.0);
Remark:
These students shall not be eligible for application
(1) those who violate Chinese laws and regulations and are subject to school regulations and disciplines;
(2) Master's and doctoral students who delay their graduation;
(3) students who fail to pass the course in the 2024-2025 academic year;
(4) students during the suspension period.

(3) obtained academic achievements, published papers or works related materials (including the cover, catalog, copies of papers or works of the journal)

III. Application method
Please send your application materials to cie.dailyservices@cup.edu.cn Before 9 a.m, November 14 2025 Beijing time.
Name format for mail and compressed zip file: 25EX-Chinese name-student number. For example, 25EX-Xiaoming-202088888888. Identify each material in Chinese or English.
IV. Assessment methods and standards:
1. Participants should register on time, study hard and have excellent academic performance;
2. The College of International Education will review the application materials, conduct a comprehensive assessment of the applicants, and select the best students by grade and major according to the assessment results.
